Overview of ATS/CRM Integration Process
For any new ATS or CRM to utilize the Veritone Hire product suite, it needs to go through an approval process. This is a six-step process used to validate all the requirements and how well the partner system is interacting with Veritone Hire through our API. Below are the steps:
1. Kick-off CallThis call is to understand the technical requirement in detail and provide
a
walk-through of our system with API documentation overview.
2. Technical workflow sign-offAfter the kick-off call and receiving the document from our
end, you have to provide a technical workflow design of the system as to how Veritone Hire functionality will
work with their system.
3. DevelopmentOnce the technical workflow is approved and the SOW is finalized, we will
provide clients with test account details (including CHUB pipeline or enabling search if applicable) so they
can start building the integration.
4. ApprovalAfter getting confirmation from you side that development and testing is
complete,
we will schedule the demo call to check if the integration meets all the test requirements and designed as per
SOW and technical workflow submitted with Veritone Hire.
5. TrainingOnce the integration is approved, you can choose if you want to get training on
how to use different functionality and settings available for clients inside Accourier.
6. Go-LiveThis is the final stage where the client is moved to the production environment.
